By selling at actual price of ₹5/piece he will get ₹200 but he is getting ₹235; so the profit is ₹35 which is in percentage of 17.5%.

KhalidNoman: you are wrong
raviradha2908pe4hc4: Can you explain where I am wrong ?
KhalidNoman: answer is rs 35
raviradha2908pe4hc4: I said that Profit is ₹35 but in Percentage it is 17.5

cost price of 40 chocolate bars = 40 × 5 = 200

selling price of 40 chocolate bars = 235

profit = selling price - cost price

= 235 - 200

= 35
