Here is your answer,

There are two conditions:-
1.) When you ask a question and two answer it then you get an option to mark as the brainliest.
2.) When you ask an question and only one answer sit then after 14 days from the day you asked the question you get the option to mark as the brainliest.

After two persons have answered your question, you get an option to choose between those two, to mark as brainliest. The answer which you find to be the most relevant, can be marked as the brainliest.
