Answer:

overall gain 2%

Step-by-step explanation:

The first phone sold at 4% loss ie; Rs. 320 loss

The second phone sold at 8% profit ie; 640 profit

Total Profit=64-320=320

Answer:

2.625%

Step-by-step explanation:

1) Loss- 8000 - 4/100 x 8000

= 8000 - 320

= Rs. 7680

2)Profit - 8000 + 8/100 x 8000

= 8000 + 640

= Rs. 8640

Total CP = Rs. 16000

Total SP = Rs. 16420

Profit = Rs. 420

P% = 420/16000 x 100

P% = 2.625

Hope it helps.
