here C.P = ₹760

gain =25 %

S.P = ₹ 760 × 125 /100 = ₹ 950 now let marked price be = x

Then discount = 5% = ₹ {x-x/20} =₹19x/20

= 19x/20 =950 = x = ₹ 950 × 20 / 19 = ₹ 1000

Hence , the marked price should be ₹ 1000
