S.P = 1200
Loss = 10%
C.P = S.P*100/(100-L) = 1200*100/90 = 1333.33 (approx.)
To gain: 10%
S.P = C.P*(100+P)/100 = 1333.33*110/100 = Rs.1466.67 (approx.)

Alternatively:
10% loss at S.P = 1200
10% gain, S.P =??
10% loss==90%C.P
90%=== 1200
110%====X
90%*X = 110%*120
X = 1466.67 Rs.

Hope it helps.
