16.25% profit

Step-by-step explanation:

cost of 100 mangos = 100×12 =1200

7 mangos damaged remaining = 100 - 7 = 93

Total selling price @ 15 per mango = 93 ×15= 1395

profit = 1395 -1200 = 195

profit percentage = 195/1200 ×100 = 16.25%

C.P. of mangoes for shopkeeper = Rs. 12×100

= Rs. 1200

S.P. of sold mangoes for shopkeeper

= Rs. 15×(100 - 7)

= Rs. 15 × 93

= Rs. 1395

Since , S.P. >C.P.

Therefore, GAIN = S.P. - C.P.

= Rs. ( 1395 - 1200 )

= Rs. 195

GAIN % = gain÷C.P. × 100

= 195÷1200 × 100

= 16.25 %
