▶Cost of 1 bulb = Rs.10

▶Cost of 200 bulb =Rs.(200×10)= Rs.2000

▶5 bulb defective so number of bulbs
=(200-5) = 195.

▶Now...195 bulbs sold at Rs.12

▶SP=195×12=2340

▶Profit =2340−2000

=340

profit\% = \: \frac{profit}{cp} \times 100 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = \frac{340}{2000} \times 100 \\ \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: = 17\%

=3402000=3402000×100×100

=17%
