1 dozen is equal to 40 1apple cost 12 divide by 40 3.33 then apples cost =40multiply by 3.33 answer is133.3 +400 transportation =533 sold on 10% profit so 533+53.3=586.3

cost: (40*40)+400 = 2000

after 10% profit : 2000* 110/100 =2200

40 apple= 10/3 dozen

now sell-able apple : 40dozen - 10/3 dozen = 110/3dozen

therefore, we need to sell 110/3 dozen at total rate of 2200 rupees.

that means  (2200) / (110/3)   = 60 Rupees
