A shopkeeper purchased 500 bulbs for Rs 15 each. However, 10 bulbs were fused and had to be thrown away.

The remaining was sold at Rs 18 each. Find his gain or loss percent​

So,500-10=490

₹18 for each bulb

SP= 490×18=8,820

SP>CP

So,it is profit

profit=sp-cp

8,820-7,500=1,320

P%=PROFIT/CP×100

P%=1,320/7,500×100

P%=17.6%
