A shopkeeper sells 20 apples at $ 50each,he gain 6%. Find the cost price of each apples. ​

Cost of price of each apple.

Solution:

sells 20 apples rupees = 20 × 500

20 apples rupees = 10,000.

gain rupees = 6/100×10,000

gain rupees = 600.

Cost of price = 10,000 - 600

Cost of price = 9,400.
