CP of refrigerator =1200 multiply 100 by 100 + 20= 1000 rupee

CP of TV = 1200 multiply 100 by 100 - 20 = 1500 rupees

total cost price= 1500 + 1000 =2500

total selling price is= 1200 + 1200 2400

so sp is less which is 100

loss%= hundred multiply hundred by CP 100 x 100 bi 2500 =4%
