A shopkeeper sells two computers at rs.30,000 for each. On one computer he gains 20% but on the other he loses 25%. In a whole will he incur loss or profit? Answer in percentage

Selling price of two computers = 60000.

Gain = 20%.

Cost price of 1st computer :

= (30000 * 100)/120

= 25000

Loss = 25%

Cost price of 2nd computer:

= (30000 * 100)/75

= 40000.

Total cost price = 65000.

Here, C.P > S.P .. So loss has occured.

Loss = 5000.
