Solution,

The marked price of the skirt is Rs 1200

Normal discount is 25%. It means that the Normal price of the skirt is

1200 - 25% of 1200 = $\dfrac{25}{100}\times 1200=\text{Rs}\ 1200- \text{Rs}\ 300=\text{Rs}\ 900$

During off season price of the skirt is :

Rs 900 - 30% of 900

$=900-\dfrac{30}{100}\times 900\\\\=\text{Rs}\ 630$

Hence, she would pay Rs 630 for the skirt.
