Judiciary have significant role in giving justice to the people.It is a british concept.It impart justice in a free and fair manner.It mainly believe in "justice delay is justice denied".Our judiciary mainly consist of 3 courts.
1.Supreme court
2.High court
3.Lower court
We need judiciary because whenever there is a dispute between any two individual ,judiciary comes as a mediator.Judiciary should deliver justice on the principle of rule of law(every one should be treated equally and shouldn't be discriminated on background,caste,gender etc).
lastly judiciary is important because it is independent of any political pressure.
