A short note on secularism and religion and some views about India as a secular country????? Also some differences between the two...

hey mate :here is your answer secularism mean right to freedom of religion whereas religion is a faith i.e. the believe in this super human controlling power. some of the views about India is a secular country is the term secular emphasizes that india is a country which leaves religion entirely to the individual conscience and does not bring it within state control . the Indian consituation is based on the secular concept and gives freedom to all relegions . some of the leading religions practices in India are Hinduism ,christianity , Islam , Buddhism , Jainism, etc.
