This was a trip that I have been meaning to post for a long time. Really surprised to see so little on the Bastar forum and it confirms my opinion that Bastar is a vastly undiscovered jewel with so much more to see than is advertised. We went during the monsoon as the waterfalls would be in full force but my advice would be to go in September when the skies are clearer and the roads more travel hardy. February and March are lovely for tribal festivals I hear and I intend to return some time. But for now here is my story.
