Answer: Rohan was a child of 12. Rohan was the only child of his parents.this had made him stubborn, proud, arrogant ...he was from a rich family and had become a spendthrift person.his parents used to fulfill all his wishes at once. one day his school organised a wildlife camp.he had very few friends. at the wildlife camp he did not cooperate with others, he became bossy and disturbed everyone. at the second day on camp, their coach gave all of them a task to collect 9 different types of stones and flowers.

they were told to go in a group of 5 . though rohan did not have much friends because of his bad attitude, others accepted him in the group. when they went on a hunt, Rohan sat on the floor. he became stubborn because he did not want to go in the forest...when his friends returned, they found rohan unconscious . they thought that he was probably attacked by a wild animal..they inmmediatly went to the coach and called the doctor

when he as treated by the doctor, he became fine

he had understood the meaning of ' i am because we are'......

A couple of months back, when I was spending some time with our team in Argentina, it was wonderful to see a renewed sense of purpose, teamwork and cohesion in the team. The various team members talked about a company culture built on respect, trust, sharing, caring and empathy. When I discussed with Anand, our business head for the region and Hernan, our HR head there, about the transformation that they were enabling, they mentioned that they had been inspired by an African philosophy called UbuntuIntrigued, I spent the last few weeks learning more about this remarkable philosophy. My colleagues and friends in Africa tell me that it is difficult to describe Ubuntu in words. The word, that has its origins in the Bantu languages of Southern Africa, means “humanity to others’ and can be loosely translated as ‘I am what I am because of who we all are’.

Hope it help you
