a short story on unemployment (acctually i need it for a skit)

Unemployment occurs when peopleare willing to work but fail to get jobs . In India , over population isthe main cause of unemployment plus people with a degree feel awkward to do jobs providing low wages .People want to get into atleast a first line management job and not any other lower level jobs. Starting from the bottom and raising up is not the order of the day. Hence lower levels job goes abegging but no jobs at higher levels.
