Jyotirao Phule was a social reformer and activist who was against the caste inequalities. He was born in 1827 and he studied in the Christian missionary. He was also known as Jyotiba phule. The satyashodhak samaj was founded by him. He also wrote a book named Gulamgiri which means slavery.
