ANSWER⭕♥️⭕

simple microscope consists of a single convex lens. Sometimes due to chromatic and spherical aberrations, the image of a white source seems coloured at the corners of the lens and somewhere in between.

✍️A single lens suffer from acromatic and sperical aberration hands when white light falls on the lens it cannot focus all colours at one time therefore we get a coloured image of a white source.
