TOPIC :- SIMPLE HARMONIC MOTION AND WAVES
Subtopic :- Simple pendulum
- CONCEPT :- Time period of a simple pendulum is the taken to complete one oscillation.
- Frequency is the number of oscillation in 1 sec .
Given,
Number of oscillation in 60 sec = 50.
Hence, number of oscillation in 1 second = 50/60 = 5/6.
Therefore, freqency = 5/6 per second
Also, Time period = 1/frequency.
Hence, time period = 6/5 second
