Time period (T): Time taken for one oscillation
T = 20 / 10 = 2 seconds
Time period is 2 seconds

Frequency (f): No. of oscillations in one second
f = 1/T = 1/2 = 0.5 Hz
Frequency of oscillation is 0.5 Hz

Therefore,
Time period for 1 oscillation = 20/10 = 2 sec

Frequency = f

f = 1/T
  = 1/2
  = 0.5 Hz

Frequency = f = 0.5 Hz
