Simple Pendulum :-

Simple Pendulum is a very small heavy metal bob suspended at a point from a firmly fixed support using a single strand thread so that it oscillates freely. The distance between the point of suspension and centre of bob is called the length of the pendulum.

One oscillation :-

One complete to and fro motion of the oscillating body is called one oscillation.

Time Period :-

It is the time taken by a body to complete one oscillation.

Hence, the Frequency and Time period are calculated as follows.

Time period = Time taken by the pendulum/Number of oscillations made by the pendulum.

=> \dfrac{20}{10}

=> 2 second

Frequency = \dfrac{1}{Time\: Period}

=> \dfrac{1}{2}

=> 0.5 Hz

Hence, the Time period and frequency are 2 seconds and 0.5 Hertz respectively.
