Answer: The element with such properties is Calcium(Ca)

Explanation:

Calcium is the mineral most commonly associated with healthy bones and teeth, although it also plays an important role in blood clotting, helping muscles contract, and regulating normal heart rhythm and nerve function. About 99% of the body's calcium is stored in the bones, and the remaining 1% is found in the blood, muscles and other tissues.

In order to carry out these vital daily functions, the body works to maintain a constant amount of calcium in the blood and tissues.  This hormone can also activate vitamin D to improve calcium absorption in the intestines. At the same time, PTH signals the kidneys to excrete less calcium in the urine. When the body has enough calcium, another hormone called calcitonin does the opposite: it lowers blood calcium levels by stopping the release of calcium from the bones and signaling the kidneys to get rid of more of it in the urine.

There are two ways by which the body gets calcium One is to consume foods or supplements that contain calcium, and the other is to pump calcium into the body. If a person does not consume enough calcium-containing foods, the body will remove calcium from the bones. Ideally, the calcium that is "borrowed" from the bones will later be replaced. But it doesn't always happen, and it can't always be achieved just by eating more calcium.
