number of red faces = 3

number of blue faces= 2

number of white faces= 1

total number of faces= 6

(1)

p(a)= number of trials in which event E has happened / total number of trials

= 3/6

=1/2

=0.5

(2)

p(a)= number of trials in which event E has happened / total number of trials

=2/6

=1/3

=0.3333

(3)

p(a)= number of trials in which event E has happened / total number of trials

=1/6

=0.1666

therefore the probability of getting a red face is 1/2 or 0.5, blue face is 1/3 or   0.3333 and white face is 1/6 or 0.1667
