The sun above the horizon at that time is 50°

As per the question a right angled triangle ΔABC will be formed.

Where AC is the skyscraper and BC is the shadow.

The angle where the sun is above the horizon represents the angle of elevation or also ∠B.

Tan Ф = p/b

Therefore,  

Tan B = AC/BC

Tan B = 396/332

B = Tan -1 396/332

B = 50 °
