k = (k1+k2)/2

● Explaination-
Let two slabs of same thickness t and area of cross section A be joined.

Resultant conductance is given by-
k = (k1A + k2A) / (A + A)
k = (k1 + k2) / 2

Thermal conductivity of the combination is (k1+k2)/2 .
