Relative density = 0.8 = ρ(air)/ρ(water) 

ρ(air)/ρ(water) = p/gh₁ / p /gh₂

0.8 = h₂/h₁

h₂ = 0.8 x h₁

h₂ = 0.8 x 2 x 10⁻²

h₂ = 1.6 cm
