Hay!!
Dear user -

In the given question A(-5,7),B(-4,-5),C(-1,-6) and D(4,7) Are vertices of quadrilateral.

 \frac{1}{2} ( \frac{x1}{y1}  \times  \frac{x2}{y2}  \times  \frac{x3}{y3}  \times  \frac{x4}{y4}  \times  \frac{x1}{y1} )
Then we will be put there value
 \frac{1}{2} ( \frac{ - 5}{7}  \times  \frac{ - 4}{ - 5}  \times  \frac{ - 1}{ - 6}   \times \frac{4}{7}  \times  \frac{ - 5}{7} )
=> 1/2{(25+24-1+28)-(-28-5-24-35)}

=> 1/2(70-42)

=> 1/2×22

=> 11

so The area of quadrilateral is 11

I hope it's help you
