BECAUSE A SMALL STONE MAY BE HEAVIER THAN THAT OF COTTON BALL, AS IN QUESTION IT IS GIVEN THE OBJECTS ARE OF SAME SIZE.
THE STONE WILL FALL FIRSTLY.
