A soda can has a diameter of 6 cm. What is the circumference of the can? (C = πD)

given :
Diameter = 6cm
radius =  \frac{diameter}{2}

 =  \frac{6}{2}  = 3



we know that :
circumference =2πr
so
2 \times \pi \times 3
= 6π
or
6 \times  \frac{22}{7}  = 18.85

therefore Circumference (c) = 18.85 cm
