Let the CP of watch be x
Sold at the gain of 12% A to B
SP¹ => CP + Gain
SP¹ => x+12% =>x+12/100
SP¹ => 100x+12/100
SP¹ => 112x/100
Sold at loss of 5% B to C
SP² => CP - Loss
SP² => x - 5% => x-5/100
SP² => 100x - 5/100
SP² => 95x/100
112/100x * 95/100 =1330
x= 1330*100*100/112*95
by simply we get
x= 10*25*5
x= 10*125
x= 1250
CP= 1250 Ans
