So,

Volume of small cube = y³

x³ = 27y³

x = 3y

Now,

Percentage in increased surface area:

=> surface area of 27 small cube / surface area of big cube × 100

=> 27×6y² / 6×(3y)² × 100

=> 162y² / 54y² × 100

=> 162 / 54 × 100

=> 3 × 100

=> 300%

Hence, Answer is 300%
