A solid iron cylinder of radius 4cm and height 18cm is melted and recast into a sphere. what is the radius of the sphere? 4 cm

If a cylinder recast into a sphere
thus
Vol. of cylinder  =  Vol. of sphere
πr²h = 4πR³/3
r²h = 4R³/3
4*4*18 = 4*R³/3
216 = R³
6 = R

thus radius of new sphere will be 6 cm
