Ques.→ A solid is in the shape of a cone standing on a hemisphere with both of radii being equal to 1 cm and height of cone equal to radius find the volume of solid in terms of π.

Solution →  <b> Given that , </b>

=> Radius of cone = Radius of hemisphere = 1 cm.

=> Height of cone = Radius of cone = 1 cm.

 <u> •°• Volume of solid = Volume of cone + Volume of hemisphere </u>

=> ⅓πr²h + ⅔πr³

=> ⅓πr² ( h + 2r )

=> ⅓πr² ( 1 + 2 )

=> ⅓πr² × 3

= πr²

Now r = 1 cm.

•°• Volume = π × (1)²

 <i> ★ The total volume of the toy [ in terms of π ] => π cm³</i>
