volume of cylinder = X * volume of cone
pi r2 h = X * 1/3 pi r2 h
3 * 3 * 5 = X * 1/3 * 0.1 * 0.1 * 1
45 = X * 1/300
45 * 300 = X
13500 = X ( number of cones )
