Answer:

As the cone is recasted into sphere.The volume of sphere will be equal to the volume of cone.

For more see the description up.

Step-by-step explanation:

And the surface area

the formula is

4πr^2

π =22/7

r=3 m

area = 4*22/7*3^2

=4*22/7*9

=88/7*9

= 792/7 sq metre

Question

A solid right circular cone of radius 2 m and height 27 m melted and recasted into a sphere.Find the volume and surface area of the sphere.

Given

Radius:2 m

Height:27 m

To find

Find the volume and surface area of the sphere.

Solution

Volume of sphere

 \frac{4}{3} \pi {r}^{3}

 \frac{4}{3}  \times  \frac{22}{4}  \times 2 \times 2 \times 2

volume = 113.097

Surface area of sphere

4\pi \times  {r}^{3}

4 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 2 \times 2

surface \: area = 50.27
