Volume of cone = $1/3 \pi r^2h$

$= 1/3 \pi *4*4*7$

$= 1/3 \pi * 112$

Now equate,

$1/3 \pi *112 = 4/3 \pi r^3$

π get cancelled,

$112/3 = 4/3r^3$

$r^3 = 112/3 * 3/4$

$r^3 = 112/4$

$r^3 = 28$

$r = \sqrt[3]{28}$

$r = 3.036$
