Most of the private hospitals and schools are located in urban areas as their is more chance of making profit .

In rural areas people are mostly poor and engaged in agricultural activities , many of them don't know the importance of education and good health , therefore they visit hospitals rarely for checkup .

(i) In major cities life is fast.People could not for hours together standing in long queses as they have to do in government hospitals.
(ii) They can afford as they have money to spend.
(iii) City peoples are more ambitious.
(iv)They expect better facilities in private hospitals and private schools.
(v) In private schools infrastructural facilities are more.
