It is given that

Radius of Cone   R = 4 Cm
 Height   = H = 7 Cm

Let radius of sphere be r
Thus

Volume of Cone  =  pi r^2 l        
                             = pi * 16 * 7
Thus
Volume of Cone  =  n* Volume of Sphere
    pi * 16 * 7  =   4/3 pi r ^3
               r^3 =   21 * 4
                 r^3 = 84
Thus         r = 2 root 21
