Radius of cylinder = Diameter / 2 = \frac{28}{2} =14 cm =0.14 m

Volume of cylinder = \pi r^{2} h

                               = 3.14 \times (0.14)^{2}\times 1.21

                               = 0.07446824 m^3

Since we are given that the cone is melted and recast into 7 equal cubes .

So, volume of 7 cubes =  0.07446824 m^3

Since these 7 cubes are equal

Volume of 1 cube =  \frac{0.07446824}{7}m^3

Formula of volume of cube = x^{3}

where x is the side of the cube

So,  \frac{0.07446824}{7}=x^{3}

0.01063832=x^{3}

0.21993=x

Thus the side of the each cube is 0.21 m
