The radius of the solid sphere = 6cm
The outer radius of the cylinder formed =4cm
The height of the cylinder =72cm
Let the internal radius be x cm
So, Volume of sphere =Volume of cylinder formed
4/3*22/7*6*6*6=22/7*(R^2-r^2)*72
4/3*216=(16-r^2)*72
4=(16-r^2)
r^2=16-4
r^2=12
r = 3.46cm
The uniform thickness is R-r 4-3.46= 0.54cm 0.

Hope this will help u!

Anonymous: little bit same....only the decimal digits r varying...
Anonymous: the answer is 0.54cm
Chandransh: Yeah actually r=3.46 thus uniform radius will be (R-r) therefore , 4-3.46= 0.58
Chandransh: Thanks again!
Anonymous: Yups
Anonymous: so mark it brainliest!!!plz
Chandransh: Ans = 0.54* :-)
Anonymous: Yups...
Chandransh: Yeah but to mark it as brainliest someone else has to also ans
Anonymous: Then afterwards plz...mark it
