V = (4/3)πr³
So the volume of a hemisphere will be half of that, which is (2/3)πr³

The volume of a cone of base radius r and height h is:
V = (1/3)πr²h

We are told that r = 4.2 cm

The total height of the toy is made up of (the height of the cone) + (height of hemisphere)
So the height of the cone = 10.2 - 4.2 = 6 cm

So the volume of the toy = (volume of hemisphere + volume of cone)
= (2/3)π * 4.2³ + (1/3)π * 4.2² * 6
= 155.2 cm³ + 110.8 cm³
= 266 cm³

Hope This Helps :)
