A solution contain 30g of sugar dissolve in 370g of water. calculate the concentration of solution

mass of solute = 30g

mass of solution = (30+370)g = 400g

concentration of solution = mass of solute X 100% /mass of solution

concentration of solution = 30 X 100% / 400

=30/4 = 7.5%
