A solution has been prepared by dissolving 60 g of sugar in 180 g of water what is the mass percent of sugar solution ​

Given:

  • mass of sugar=60g
  • mass of water=180g

In order to find the mass percentage of the solution we have to find the total mass the solution.

=mass of sugar+mass of water

= 60+180g

=240g

To find the percentage the

Formalaue =mass of solution÷100

= 240÷100

=2.4percentage
