A solution indicates seven on the pH scale, what does this tell you about the solution?

The solution is neutral or if it is a salt of weak acid and weak base , there might be a slight difference in the reading but it is approximately 7 only.

The pH solution that has 7 on the scale is a weaker base or weaker acid.

This is mainly because the substance that has the pH number below 7 will fall under the category of acid whereas the one that is above the pH level of 7 will be base in nature.

If the one is between it then it will be considered as weak base and acid.
