250ml water contains 49g. 1000ml contains 196g. So molarity is 196/98=2M...

the formula for Molality is
no. of moles of solute×1000÷amount of solvent is grams
so amount of solute=49 g
molar mass of H2SO4=98gmol^-1
volume of solvent=50ml
density of solvent=1gml^-1
so , amount of solvent=50g
Molality=
 \frac{49}{98}   \times  \frac{1000}{50}
=>10 molal
