Answer:

hola mate, here is your answer

mass of Naoh= 120 g

volume of solution =2000ml

molar mass of NaOH =40 g/mol

molarity[M]= mass of NAOH×1000/molar mass of NaOH ×volume of solution[in ml]

M = 120 ×1000/40×2000

M = 12/8

M=1.5 mol/litre

  • equivalent mass of Naoh=1

Normality [N]= mass of solute×1000/equivalent mass ×volume of solution

N= 40 ×1000/1×2000

N=40 gram eqivalent /litre

molarity =moles of solute /volume of solution[in litre]

1.5= moles of solute / 2.5 litre

moles of solute = 3.75 mol

hope it helps.
