The amount(mass) of water = 300 ml   (given)

So,

The total mass of solution = mass of alcohol + mass of water

so,

mass of solution = 100 ml + 300 ml

                           = 400 ml

Now,

To be found :

The concentration of the solution

We know that,

$\bf Concentration\: \:of\: \:solution =\frac{Mass\: \: of \:\:solute}{Mass\: \: of\:\: solution}\times100$

$\bf Concentration\: \: of \:\:solution =\frac{100}{400}\times100$

$\bf Concentration\: \: of \:\:solution =25\%$

∴ The concentration of solution = 25%
