In a chemical reaction iron is unable to displace zinc from zinc sulphate because of reactivity tendency.In a chemical reaction,a more reactive element displaces a less reactive element from its solution/compound.Here,Iron is low reactive as compared to zinc.So this is why iron is unable to displace zinc from zinc sulphate

According to the activity series of metals which states the metal which is above another metal can displace but if it is down then it cannot.
So Fe is lower in the series than Zinc so no displacement is seen
